Ernesto Bara is a Facility Manager with more than 18 years of experience in real estate operations and facilities management. He has supported and partnered with several leading organizations, including Intel,Motorola, and Northern California’s largest utility company. In his current role, he oversees a regional portfolio of properties
Ernesto Bara is a Facility Manager with more than 18 years of experience in real estate operations and facilities management. He has supported and partnered with several leading organizations, including Intel,Motorola, and Northern California’s largest utility company. In his current role, he oversees a regional portfolio of properties and leads initiatives focused on operational excellence, workplace safety, and organizational efficiency.
Born in El Salvador and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ernesto holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an Associate of Arts degree from Diablo Valley College.
As a member of Building Blocks of Empowerment,Ernesto is dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission of strengthening communities across the Bay Area. He is particularly passionate about initiatives that support individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
